Celebrated New Year at a hotel surrounded by nature; viewed scenic landscapes such as Lake Batur and Mount Batur; enjoyed listening to peaceful environmental sounds like river and forest; mood lighting in the cabins was a unique touch; liked soaking in the hot tub.

Insects and small animals frequently spotted in the cabins; staff needed to improve their attention to detail as they forgot items in our food orders several times, and flies were constantly present which posed as an annoyance;

The view and location of the hotel were breathtaking, especially the view of the nearby lake and mountains. the room concept was interesting, with electronic glass and mood lighting. the outdoor seating was a bonus that allowed guests to better enjoy the view.

Access to the hotel was difficult, with the roads not yet fully constructed. the staff was attentive and friendly, but sometimes slow to respond.

I had a fantastic stay at Bobocabin in Kintamani. The location offered a breathtaking view of Lake Batur and the surrounding mountains. The mood lighting in the cabins created a cozy and unique ambiance. The staff was incredibly friendly and eager to help, which made my experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay was amazing! The staff were friendly and accommodating. We loved the stunning view of the natural landscape and the serenity of being up on the hill. The cleanliness was top-notch, and we appreciated the well-maintained hotel facilities.

Nothing it was perfect.

The location of the hotel dangles atop a hill, granting an impressive view of the surrounding nature. the rooms are well-built and clean with comfortable beds. Another pleasing aspect was the outdoor communal area that provides a chance to appreciate the view.

The check-in process needed a lot of improvements. Communication from staff before arrival lacks complete details which led to many guests' dissatisfaction.

The staff provided exceptional service, always with a smile and conducted themselves in a professional manner. The room itself was cozy and well-designed, with a large window that provided a scenic view of the hills. The amenities in the room were top-notch, from the comfortable bed to the smart lighting system. I particularly enjoyed the peacefulness of the place, allowing me to relax and unwind. my experience at this hotel was truly unforgettable.
